The LOTT Alliance's mission is to preserve and protect public health and the environment by cleaning and restoring water resources for our communities. To accomplish that mission, LOTT owns and operates wastewater and reclaimed water facilities throughout the Lacey-Olympia-Tumwater area. These include our main centralized treatment plant, a satellite reclaimed water treatment plant, a 40-acre park-like setting featuring reclaimed water ponds and groundwater recharge basins, three pump stations, and miles of main sewer interceptor pipelines.

LOTT’s office and central treatment plant are located in Olympia, Washington, between downtown and the Port of Olympia. Situated on Budd Inlet at the terminus of Puget Sound, Olympia is a great place to work, live, and play.

The Olympia area’s mild marine climate, and beautiful sunny summers, allow residents to take advantage of the region’s many recreational opportunities. Nearby Olympic and Mount Rainier National Parks, Mount St. Helens Volcanic National Monument, numerous National Forests, state and local parks, and Puget Sound provide access to a variety of outdoor activities during all seasons. The stunning northwest scenery encourages exploration and recreation – from winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, and sledding to spring, summer, and fall camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and boating.
